Kevelighan & Kevelighan, P.C. is a professional corporation registered in Michigan since 2000. Located in Bingham Farms, Michigan, the Firm enjoys a central location within the Metro-Detroit business community. The Firm has represented many corporations, businesses, and individuals regarding immigration and other areas, including bankruptcy, consumer protection, contracts, and personal injury. Kevelighan & Kevelighan, P.C. currently has on staff two attorneys and two support staffers. The Firm commits the majority of its resources to immigration matters and its immigration clients. Kevelighan & Kevelighan, P.C. is a small firm that focuses all of its energies on aiding those who want to temporarily or permanently reside and/or work in the United States.

Tracey Cooley Kevelighan
Born in London, England, Ms. Kevelighan truly understands the immigration process. Ms. Kevelighan graduated from Columbia College Magna Cum Laude earning a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a double major in French and Public Affairs. She continued her education at the University of Angers in France and successfully earned a certificate in French. Afterwards, Ms. Kevelighan successfully completed her legal studies at the University of Detroit Mercy where she earned her Juris Doctor. Ms. Kevelighan is authorized to practice law before the State Courts of Michigan and the Federal District Court. She is a member of American Immigration Lawyer’s Association and the State Bar of Michigan. Ms. Kevelighan is the Senior immigration attorney and Partner of Kevelighan & Kevelighan, P.C. At various times, she has been asked to speak to different organizations and businesses on the topic of immigration. Over the years, Ms. Kevelighan has represented many corporations, businesses, families, students, deportees, asylees, refugees, and individuals in a variety of immigration matters throughout the United States and the world. Before opening her practice, she worked in the immigration field at the Archdiocese of Detroit, a South Carolina law firm, two Michigan law firms, and a mid to large size corporation. Additionally, she has clerked for the Honorable Judge Michael A. Martone.

Kevin William Kevelighan
Mr. Kevelighan graduated college with a Bachelor of Science in Social Science from Michigan State University. This is a multi-disciplinary degree focused on health studies. As a part of this degree, he studied medical ethics and the history of health care while living in London, England. Additionally, he graduated with a Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit Mercy. Mr. Kevelighan has extensive skills and experience in federal regulatory compliance and the federal rules of procedure, which are a critical foundation for complete courtroom advocacy. He is admitted to practice in all Courts of the State of Michigan, the Federal District Courts in the Eastern District of Michigan, and the Federal Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Kevelighan is a Partner of Kevelighan & Kevelighan, P.C. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Kevelighan served as Judicial Clerk to the Honorable Michael A. Martone. He enjoys dual citizenship between the United States and Ireland. Additionally, he has traveled extensively in Europe.
